Founded as a mechanical workshop, ATA has reached a production capacity of 11,000 units per year. This means that every 10 minutes a new product leaves the production facilities for a restaurant, a hotel, a bar or a cafeteria.
ata keeps on working with the same passion and craft skills of those days. While the company’s organization and structure has largely changed for handling a higher production capacity demanded by an increasing international market, the attention ata pays to partners remains unchanged.

ata is based in the Veneto Region, usually known as “Inox Valley”; an Italian center of excellence for steel processing and a long-standing district in the foodservice industry. We design and manufacture our products entirely in Italy, and our entire production chain is in Italy, too: an added value and a guarantee of quality, maximum reliability and certified safety.

Creating a new recipe is not so different from creating a new kitchen. Our ingredients are the passion for our work, a sound artisan know-how and a pinch of imagination. In addition to our strong vertical integration, we use high-technological tools to process our main ingredient, stainless steel, into finished products. To achieve this, we have developed gas burners that are more efficient than those of our average competitors, and we fit our dishwashers with a double rinse that allows for 50% water and energy savings with the same result.
MATERIALS AND DESIGN
We use the best materials for long-life products. Our cooking equipment is entirely made of 100% stainless steel, even inside, and heating elements of our pasta cookers are made of chronifer, the same material used in oceanic oil platforms.
The taste for “Beauty” and the artisan expertise are the features that identify Made in Italy worldwide. In addition to refined trimmings, we added an ergonomic design to improve users’ experience and we developed solutions for easy cleaning.
