A salad prep fridge, also known as a salad prep table or saladette, is a refrigerated unit designed for preparing and storing ingredients used in making salads, sandwiches, wraps, and other food items.

Salad prep fridges come with a series of ingredient pans or containers located on the bench top. These pans are used to store prepped ingredients such as lettuce, vegetables, meats, cheeses, and dressings, allowing for easy access during food preparation.
