A floor model dough sheeter is a larger, more heavy-duty version of the bench dough sheeter. As the name suggests, it’s designed to stand on the floor rather than being placed on a countertop or workbench. Floor model dough sheeters are typically used in commercial kitchens, bakeries, and large-scale food production facilities where there’s a high demand for rolled dough. They’re built to handle larger quantities of dough and to withstand continuous use throughout the day.
